Order processing

Orders are reviewed and prepared before shipment. Processing time may vary during weekends, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping estimates

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout when applicable. Delivery estimates begin after the carrier accepts the shipment and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Carrier delays, severe weather, customs review, and address issues may affect delivery timing after an order leaves our facility.

Tracking information

When tracking is available, we send a shipment confirmation to the email used at checkout. Carrier updates may take time to appear after a label is created.

Address changes

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

Damaged, missing, or returned packages

Contact us with your order number and supporting photos if a package arrives damaged or incomplete. For packages marked delivered but not received, check the delivery area and contact the carrier before requesting further assistance.
